Board Training
I’m sorry to say, We no longer offer Board Training.
I have found during the time that I offered Board Training that owners expect the dog to be fully trained for them in two weeks. I could always guarantee they will be trained and listen to me. When it comes to the owners they have to do the work also to learn how to get the respect and trust from their dog.
we DO NOT use Ecollars (Shock Collars). So owners have to do more work then just push a button.

Only special cases will I take a dog in for Board Training.

Certifications offered:
-Service Animal (dog)- though there is no real certifications for service dogs. We pride ourselves in making sure all dogs that are being trained for service are fully trained Service Animals.
This process takes anywhere from 16 months to 2+ years.

Basic Obedience

Obedience classes cover but are not limited to the following. If you are having an issue not listed, please do not hesitate to call and ask, we’ve handled more than there is room to list:

Due to covid, a lot of dogs have been confined to their homes. They haven’t had the opportunity to get out and socialize with other dogs and people.
We pride ourselves in confidence building in your dog and teaching them the outside world is a happy and fun place.

Behavioral Training which goes hand in hand with Obedience Training

Service or Therapy Dog Training

***In order to sign up for Service Dog Training * or Therapy Dog Training Class, the following criteria must be met:

Service Dogs
1. Your dog will be evaluated to see if they have the demeanor in what it takes to be a service dog.

2. A letter from a licensed physician/psychologist must be provided stating your need for a service dog on their business letterhead.

3. Owner must have the time to commit to the training if mentally and physically possible.
(Training for a service dog can take a year to two years depending on the services needed)

Therapy Training
1. Your dog will be evaluated to see if they have the demeanor in what it takes to be a Therapy Dog.

2. Must be willing to go through basic obedience and advance obedience training classes.*

*Therapy dogs must be able to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen certification test and AKC Urban.
